In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

    Your Excellencies honorable Sunni scholars

    Assalam_o Alaykom

I have a question, please kindly reply:

Who was the leader for Fatima after the Prophet Muhammad (SA)?

This question may be asked because of Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad which has been quoted in Sahih Almoslim:

The overall concept of this Hadith and other similar sayings are that everyone must have allegiance to a leader unless his/her death would be like the ignorance era before Islam (Jaheliyah).

And if we review Sahihayn[2] we can see that Fatima raged on Abu Bakr, Turned away her face from him and never talked to him again until her demise.

    Um-ol Momenin Aisha says:

Fatima, the daughter of Prophet Muhammad (SA) raged and turned her face from Abu Bakr and she never talked to him again and this continued until her demise and Fatima lived six more months after the event.[3]
